One day course
The absenteeism management techniques developed in this workshop will improve your attendance and minimise the impact poor attendance has on other staff within your department. During the workshop various tools and exercise will be used to help delegates gain experience of the telephone interview return to work interview and investigations into the absence. Legislation will be covered to include the Disability Discrimination Act.
