This workshop will equip delegates with up to date knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures. It will cover what they are for and how to tackle disciplinary and grievance issues effectively in the workplace. Delegates will be made aware of the disciplinary and grievance procedure and will be given the opportunity to carry out a disciplinary hearing and a grievance hearing via role plays. Individual and group exercises will be used throughout the workshop.
