Pam Nicholls has delivered Microsoft applications training for BCT for over 5 years.

Qualifications are as follows:

                D32/33 Vocational Assessor’s Award
                TAP Certificate in Delivery Skills
                Microsoft Certified Professional (70-210)
                Microsoft Office Master Instructor

Pam has vast training experience in industry and also in adult education guiding students through vocational qualifications.  Pam has assisted companies with their roll-out and upgrade programmes and has conducted training in “tutor-led” sessions, on a one-to-one basis.

Hilary is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development

With a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management and has many yearsof experience in the areas of employee management, employment law, training and development. This has enabled her to become a major provider, working with SMEs in all aspects of Strategic planning and human resource.

Her expertise encompasses the facilitation of ISO9001 and TS16949, Health & Safety as well as the accreditation of Investors in People (IIP)

Chartered Safety & Health Consultant

Kerry has over 16 years experience in Occupational Safety & Health covering Manufacturing, Design & Engineering, Occupational Health, Oil & Gas industry, and many more.

Kerry joined as an Associate with BCT aiming to ensure others in the field of health and safety maintain a standard and consistent approach to health and safety in their working lives. Amongst her remit is also as an IOSH trainer, NEBOSH examiner and trainer, NVQ4 and 5 Assessor, Auditor, CDM-C within construction.

Kerry has developed and implemented Health & Safety Management systems with her extensive knowledge of legislation and potential civil and criminal liabilities.
